Scoperta un’altra pizzeria in zona Vomero che a quanto pare è il quartiere-paradiso per celiaci.
Dai cornetti ai forni per passare alle varie pizzerie, è uno dei quartieri in cui è possibile trovare una vasta (e buona) scelta di prodotti artigianali senza glutine.
La Trattoria Vanvitelli si trova nell’omonima piazza e fa pizze senza glutine e al carbone vegetale. Non è necessaria la prenotazione ma sempre meglio fare una telefonata: io ci sono stata due volte e la prima volta l’avevano finita. La pizza è un po’ più piccolina e più cara rispetto a quella di Mascagni per esempio (costa 8,00 euro rispetto ai 5,00 euro di Mascagni) ma è ben lievitata e il cornicione è bello croccante. A me è piaciuta! Tornerò sicuramente. Voi ci siete stati?

It’s not necessary to book in advance but it may happen they finish the glutenfree pizza dough because of the high demand. So if you want to be sure, give them a call before to go there.
